Experience & minimum qualifications required:

• Bachelor’s degree/Master Degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field.
• Min 1-2 years’ Experience  in Any Kronos WFC suite 6. 0/ 7. 0 /8.0 modules- Timekeeper, Accruals, Scheduling, Devices and Workforce Integration.
  Expertise in development, support, maintenance, and implementation of a project module.
• Kronos Interface Designer Tool (WIM)
• Working knowledge in Device management (WDM) and Kronos Setup Data Manager (SDM)
• Technical expertise in Microsoft SQL, Oracle Database systems, PL/SQL.
• Extensive experience on Kronos Workforce Central and System including- Kronos Time & Attendance, Accruals, Navigators, Time-off requests, Basic Scheduling.

Job description:

• Strong technical knowledge of Kronos Timekeeping, Kronos Scheduling, Process Manager and Kronos people record profile module.
• Completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer- service standards resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change
• Will be working on Requirements Definition, Analysis, Design, Testing, System

documentation and user training

• Providing Subject Matter Expertise and Kronos Work Force Central (WFC 7.0) Application

Support for Basic and Advanced Scheduler, Timekeeping, Payroll, Human Resources, Analytics, Attendance.

• Will Be Responsible for support, analysis, change management, and implementation across

the core WFC, Time and attendance, absence management, device manager, data collection

manager, SDM, and WIM modules in both the WFC 6.1 and 7.0 environments

• He will be Deploying different versions of interfaces through the Workforce Integration
• Manager (WIM) ToolWGood communication skills fluent English in both verbal and written
• Kronos Dimensions experience will be an added advantage
